At Mayekar’s Villa we encourage our guests to respect and treat the property with responsibility and courtesy by following some basic rules:

Booking & Payment Policy

  • 100% full payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before check-in.
  • Tariffs may vary on weekends, holidays, peak seasons, and special occasions.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of payment, availability, and valid government-issued photo ID verification.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-In: 12 Noon
  • Check-Out: 10AM
  • Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID proof is mandatory for all guests.

Occupancy & Guest Policy

  • Maximum occupancy is strictly as per booking confirmation.
  • Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
  • Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
  • The villa is suitable for families and responsible groups only.

General House Rules

  • Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted, especially after 10:00 PM or as per local regulations.
  • Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect the property and neighbors.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or breakage to the property, furniture, fittings, appliances, or décor.
  • Pets: Not Allowed

Cleanliness & Housekeeping

  • The villa is handed over in a clean and well-maintained condition.
  • Guests are expected to keep the premises reasonably tidy.
  • Excessive mess or misuse may result in additional cleaning charges.
  • Housekeeping / caretaker services (if provided) are available during fixed hours.
  • Pan spitting and gutkha consumption are strictly prohibited inside the villa premises.

Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi Policy

  • Pool & Jacuzzi are for registered in-house guests only.
  • Usage timings: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • No lifeguard on duty. Use is entirely at guests’ own risk.
  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
  • No diving, running, or rough play in or around the pool.
  • No food, drinks, glass items, oils, or lotions in pool or Jacuzzi.
  • Pool/Jacuzzi may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or cleaning without compensation.

Sports Bar / Liquor Bar Policy

  • Bar access is restricted to registered guests only.
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed only for guests who are of legal drinking age and hold a valid liquor permit as per Maharashtra State regulations.
  • In house sports bar is for presentation & aesthetic purposes only , We do not serve or sell alcohol in the premises.
  • Guests bringing their own liquor must comply with local excise laws and quantity limits.
  • Excessive intoxication, nuisance, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
  • Loud music or noise beyond permitted hours is strictly prohibited.
  • Glassware is not allowed near the pool or Jacuzzi area
  • Any damage to bar equipment, furniture, or entertainment systems will be charged to guests.

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities, including possession or use of prohibited substances, are strictly forbidden.
  • Smoking inside enclosed areas is not allowed unless designated.
  • Any violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund and possible legal action.

Safety & Liability Disclaimer

  • Guests stay and use all amenities entirely at their own risk.
  • Management / Owner shall not be responsible for:
    • Accidents, injuries, slips, or drowning
    • Health issues arising from pool, Jacuzzi, or alcohol use
    • Loss or theft of personal belongings
    • Power cuts, water shortages, internet issues, or local disruptions

Force Majeure

  • The Owner / Management shall not be liable for cancellations or inconvenience caused due to:
    • Natural calamities
    • Government restrictions
    • Infrastructure failures
    • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond control
    • No refund is applicable in above cases.

Right of Admission Reserved

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry, restrict amenities, or terminate the stay without refund in case of:
    • Policy violations
    • Misconduct or unsafe behavior
    • Misrepresentation at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in
  • No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
  • No refund for no-shows or early check-out

Final Declaration

By confirming the booking and occupying the villa, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all house rules, policies, and disclaimers mentioned above. Non-compliance may lead to termination of stay without refund.
